Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd
20 Summer St. (opposite the old Town Hall)

Our vacation Bible school held in mid-July was much fun, and Good Shepherd is indebted to the team of youth ministers from the Child Evangelism Fellowship of New Hampshire. Their enthusiasm and dedication to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to young people was outstanding. It is always refreshing and humbling to see the world through the eyes of children. We are also grateful to Dee and Bonnie for yummy snacks, Phil and Jeanne for collecting craft materials, and for Aare’s faithful support. Plan now to send your kids to vacation Bible school next year in July 2018 for our fifth year! Thank you to all our friends who dropped by the church during the town-wide year sale on July 15 and sampled our lemonade.Thank you to all our friends who dropped by the church during the town-wide year sale on July 15 and sampled our lemonade. We were pleased to empty most items in storage in our walk-in vault (the Old Connecticut River Bank vault) that we use as a closet. The weather was perfect to wander about the town and shop. August is a quiet month, so we have been working on furnace repairs and improvements that we believe will save energy during the coming winter. We pray that those on vacation this month will have a safe and restful holiday.
